CEO's Message
When I started getting involved in automotive cybersecurity in 2017, I found that modern vehicles were being developed & operated without any consideration to cybersecurity. This was even though each vehicle carried many ECUs and millions of lines of code. There was no cyber governance standard such as ISO 21434 and even no awareness of the need for cybersecurity, especially in connected fleets. We have come a long way since then.
Today, cyber has become an integral part of automotive technology. OEMs and suppliers have taken great strides in ensuring that cybersecurity is an integral part of the supply chain. From concept to development, operations to disposal: threat and risk assessment are major components of all activities. This is to ensure that proper controls are in place to ensure the safety and security of all CAV users.
When we started this company, our aim was to be a leader in this new and challenging field of cybersecurity. Connected fleets are inevitable, and their benefits will be felt by many, making fleet cybersecurity a critical aspect in this transformation. We have built a great team who have played a huge part in our efforts to ensure that cyber is at the forefront when making decisions about the vehicle of the future. Today, I can safely say that Vehiqilla has achieved its goal and become a global leader in automotive cybersecurity.
Please join us as we continue our incredible journey.
